Uberversity
Design system created for Uberversity, an integral part of Uber’s onboarding process, an in-person 2-day program each month that inspires, excites and educates on the company’s purpose.
The event is held in six location around the world and therefore required a design system that would work as well in San Francisco as it would in São Paulo. Created was a package given to each attendee on their first day of the event, containing a selection of assets such as stickers, tote bag, notebook, t-shirt and postcards.
The system is simple yet engaging, has a conversational tone of voice with strong focus on welcoming and delighting the new employees.
